Busyness you can act on
Every venue carries a live read. Some is modeled from historical patterns; the strongest signal comes from someone whose phone was provably inside the room. When we know the wait, we lead with the wait — that's the thing that actually decides whether you move.

When we have no signal we say so. We never guess a crowd level and present it as fact.
It weighs what you did over what you said
Stated taste predicts behaviour poorly. Saving a venue is a deliberate act about a real place — so a save outranks any onboarding checkbox. After a few nights the plans stop being generic and start being yours.

Your location is an input, never a display
Precise coordinates compute distance and walkability, then they stop. No screen, no profile, no map pin, and no export renders them — not to other users, not to your friends, not back to you. The finest-grained location KNOW ever shows is a neighborhood name.

What we believe
An honest empty state beats a confident guess
When we don't have enough data to say a place is busy, we say exactly that. We'd rather show "not enough data yet" than invent a number. Every busyness claim is labeled: measured right now, typically busy, or we don't know.
Never invent a fact about a bar
No made-up deals, no invented happy-hour times, no star rating dressed up as a recommendation. A name is not a price, and a rating is not a reason.
A room is described; a person is never advertised
We'll mention a room skews one way tonight the same way we'd mention it's loud. We will never frame people as a reason to go somewhere.
The agent knows you; other people don't
Your taste — what you drink, the rooms you like, what you'll spend — is fuel for planning, not a public profile. Those fields are hidden from other users by default. You choose what's visible, field by field.
No ads, no trackers, no data sale
This site runs zero JavaScript and sets zero cookies — enforced by a content security policy, not just promised in a document. The details are in the privacy policy.

Is KNOW available yet?
It's in private TestFlight beta in Dallas, invite-only. Request one above and tell us the neighborhood you actually go out in — that's how we pick the next batch.
Why only Dallas?
Live nightlife data is local. We carry 91 Dallas venues across seven neighborhoods with real hours, real deals, and real crowd signal. We're launching neighborhood by neighborhood on purpose: live busyness, friends who are out, and plans that learn from real nights all need density to work. Wide and thin would make every one of those features honest but empty.
Do I have to share my location?
The planner works better with it, but the app still works without it. Presence sharing with friends is a separate switch and it's off by default. You can revoke location permission entirely in iOS Settings.
Is this a dating app?
No. KNOW can suggest people you might get along with based on shared background, but appearing in those suggestions is opt-in and off by default. The core product is planning your night.
How does the AI part actually work?
Your messages and a personalization brief go to Anthropic's Claude API to compose the plan. Your raw date of birth and your coordinates never leave our servers — they're reduced to an age band and a neighborhood name first. The privacy policy lists every field that's sent.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the beta.
